EXCHANGE AND RETURN POLICY
It is important to us that you love what you have ordered. But if they are not absolutely satisfying, please let us know. Our customers’ satisfaction always comes first. Sleep Couture gladly accepts returns or exchanges of unworn merchandise within 20 days of purchase. We will exchange the merchandise to a different size or color, or an entirely different style of equal value. If you would rather have a refund, we would take care of that too.
SLEEPWEAR EXCHANGE POLICY
We are happy to exchange sizes or color or even a different style as long as the merchandise exchanged for is of equal value and not more.
1.All exchanges must take place within 20 days of the original purchase
2.Merchandises must be in original condition
3.Worn or washed merchandises will not be accepted for exchange
4.Exchanges after 20 days of original purchase will not be accepted
For exchange, place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or transaction receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Include a list of item/s you would like to receive in exchange and reason for exchange of item/s.
SLEEPWEAR RETURN POLICY
Unworn sleepwear, with tags attached, or in original condition maybe returned within 20 days of the original purchase if accompanied by the original transaction receipt or invoice.
1.All sleepwear merchandises must be return with the style/price tag attached, or in original condition
2.Returns after 20 days will not be accepted
3.Worn or washed merchandises will not be accepted
4.Defective merchandises will be accepted for return within 90 days of purchase.
For returns, place the merchandise in a box with your original invoice or transaction receipt, then send the box back to us via insured mail to the address below. Include reasons for return. All merchandises purchased will be refunded in full if it is returned within 30 days, unworn or unwashed with style/price tag attached. Defective merchandises will be refunded in full if no tempering of the merchandise is found, within 90 days of purchase. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles from the day you return your package for your account to be credited.
Regarding both returns and exchanges, once package has been received, we will send you an email to let you know we are processing your refund or exchange. Your refund or exchanges may take up to 14 business days to process. All return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are nonrefundable. Please ensure your name, address, phone number and preferences are indicated clearly.
